Our process

Inclusion’s approach is unique in that our matching process goes beyond simply assigning available staff. We take time to truly understand each person we work for, their personality, goals, routines, and preferences, and equally then, the qualities and working style of the supporting individuals. By focusing on shared interests, communication compatibility, and genuine connection, we create partnerships built on trust and respect.

The people we work for are involved in everything within Inclusion, including our recruitment!

As a Supported Living Assistant (SLA) you will be matched to a specific person we work for and will spend your time working alongside them.

You will need to be a good listener with an enthusiasm for life, a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
